1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ECCO service ("Service") provided by Wrxlabs Co., Ltd ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the AI-powered real-time multilingual interpretation and subtitle service (ECCO) and related services.
- "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a User who has registered an account with the Company.
- "Session" refers to an individual interpretation unit created through the Service.
3. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
4. Service Description
- AI-powered real-time speech recognition (STT) and text correction
- Simultaneous multilingual translation (up to 15 languages)
- Web-based real-time subtitles for audiences
- Broadcast overlay (OBS and ATEM switcher integration)
- Session recording and transcript storage
- Other services developed or provided through partnerships
5. Account Registration
To use the Service, you may create an account by providing accurate information and agreeing to these Terms. The Company may refuse registration if false information is provided or if registration requirements are not met.
6. Fees and Payment
- Service fees are as published on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed via TossPayments using credit card recurring billing.
- Service access begins immediately upon payment completion.
- The Company may change fees with 30 days prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
- If you have not used the paid Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- If you have used the Service, a prorated refund for the remaining period applies.
- Refund requests can be submitted to support@nextplay.run.
8. User Obligations
Users shall not:
- Use another person's identity or information
- Transmit content that violates laws or public morals
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Infringe upon the rights of third parties through the Service
- Use automated means to place excessive load on the Service
9. Company Obligations
The Company shall provide the Service in a stable and continuous manner, protect User personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and address User complaints related to the Service.
10. Service Interruption
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, force majeure events, or external API failures (STT, translation, etc.). The Company will provide advance notice when possible, or post-event notice for emergencies.
11. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, logos, trademarks) belong to the Company.
- Translation results and recording data generated by Users through the Service belong to the User.
12. Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI translations and is not liable for damages resulting from translation errors.
- The Company is not responsible for disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall serve as the court of first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective as of April 11, 2026.
